Delivery~Depending on the weight and size of products we use different delivery methods.

For light items we use Royal Mail postal services.

For larger bulkier and heavy items such a folding cycles we use a courier service.

You are welcome to collect any products from our shop here in s South Shields in person, in fact we prefer this when you purchase a cycle as we like to ensure that your are fully aware of all the details about your new cycle.

Prices for delivery are shown in the shopping cart and are added to the total to be paid.

We only delivery to the United Kingdom, for deliveries to Europe and worldwide, please email us at sales@normanfaycycles.co.uk for more information.

Delivery Times

Stock items will be shipped the next working day following notification of the satisfactory clearing of your credit/debit card funds. If items are out of stock we will notify you by email as soon as we receive your order.

Out of stock items are shipped as soon as we have them in stock. Our aim is to ship out of stock goods within 7 working days of order. We will notify you by e-mail when out of stock goods are being shipped.~~~997~1000~~
